Jujube Honey is a distinctive variety of honey crafted by bees from the nectar of jujube blossoms. It boasts an amber to deep amber hue, with a thick, creamy texture that glows with a warm golden-red sheen when illuminated. Its aroma is richly unique.
On the palate, jujube honey offers a full-bodied sweetness without cloying richness. The first taste unfolds in caramel-like depth, while the finish carries a faint, pleasant bitterness akin to the characteristic flavor of jujube peel. When crystallized, it forms fine, pale-yellow granules, and a spoonful stretches into unbroken, silky strands.
