Product Description:
Eucalyptus honey is a type of honey produced by bees collecting nectar from eucalyptus trees. It is primarily produced in Australia (the native home and kingdom of eucalyptus trees), as well as regions where eucalyptus has been introduced, such as parts of southern China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, etc.). Eucalyptus honey typically has a dark color, ranging from amber and reddish-brown to deep amber, sometimes even black. Its texture is relatively thick, and it tends to crystallize easily at low temperatures. After crystallization, it appears dark yellow or yellowish-brown with coarse granules.
